佛学书

我的小学是香林学校， 有一个同班同学，就是现任的MP for Kota Melaka 的王乃志。

不过故事不是关于他。

我们其中一个科目是佛学，用的书是香林觉苑所编的课本。当时的主持是释金明法师，编辑是他，所以那课本的封面就写着：释金明编。

在二年级的时候，妈妈坚持说每一本书都要用纸包得好好，以便不损坏或把它弄脏。包好后，就依照封面上的字一一写在纸上。

聪明的我，就写下了：释金明骗。

Buddhist Textbook

My primary school was Siang Lin Primary School. One of my classmate is the present MP for Kota Melaka, Wong Nai Chee.

But this story is not about him.

One of our subjects in school was Buddhism. The textbook that we used was the one published by the Siang Lin Temple. The monk who was in charge then was the Reverend Sekh Kim Min. Since he was the editor, on the front cover on the book was written: Edited (編) by Sekh Kim Min.

When I was in Std 2, my mum insisted that all books must be wrapped properly, so that they don’t get dirtied or damaged. After it’s wrapped, then we just write down on the paper the same words that’s on the front cover of the book.

And me being so clever, wrote: Deceive/bluff/Lie (騙) by Sekh Kim Min
